Lead and Mentor team members across your area
Model and cultivate company culture
Assist Managers in upholding company standards across your area
Train and develop Managers while clearly conveying expectations and managing outcomes
Leverage support from Area Vice Presidents of OPs, Director of New Store Openings, and Support Teams to identify and correct any needs throughout your area
Maintain alignment and know the “Why” as you introduce and rollout company initiatives
Collaborate with Area Marketing teams to create brand awareness, participate in community events, and ensure management of marketing spend versus return
Maintain full financial liability for your area to include: Analyze financials of each restaurant, suggest and manage improvements, Manage budget planning and performance
