About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Communications & Marketing to lead and oversee all aspects of our communication and marketing efforts. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communication and marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve measurable business goals. You will lead a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and marketing plan, encompassing brand strategy, messaging, public relations, marketing campaigns, and content creation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, target audiences, and inform strategic direction.
  • Oversee all aspects of external and internal communications, including media relations, public relations activities, social media management, and employee communications.
  • Develop and manage the annual communications and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Lead the creative development of marketing and communications materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of all communication and marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in communications, marketing, and digital media.
  • Lead and manage a team of communications and marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering their professional development.
  • Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to ensure communication and marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.


  • 8+ years of experience in communications and/or marketing leadership, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and public relations best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with creative agencies and marketing partners.
  • Proven budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging communication technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
