About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic brand marketing plan, encompassing brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
  • Lead market research initiatives to gain deep customer insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand marketing communications, including advertising, public relations, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Develop and manage the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns and materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers to generate positive brand exposure.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in brand marketing and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering their professional development.
  • Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to ensure brand marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing leadership, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing impactful brand strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer behavior and marketing principles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with creative agencies and marketing partners.
  • Proven budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
